The I have a Brick in Kenya project is a partnership between Blythswood and Sargy School from Rusinga Island, Kenya, with the aim of providing quality education to disadvantaged children and contributed funds towards the construction of the new school building and volunteer centre, and has also been involved in raising funds to cover the running costs of the school, including uniform, volunteers (who participate in construction, teach in school, or participate in various other activities), animals have been purchased and donated for the Sargy Widows Self-help Group, we have provided mosquito nets to protect disadvantaged families against diseases transmitted by insects, and we help young people with the payment of high school fees and, from 2022, with the support of
